Custom orders are non-refundable once approved for production. Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please double-check all order details before completing your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it.
